There are several free English magazines which let you know what is happening around Guangzhou. You can usually find these in hotel lobbies, restaurants and bars and import food shops. The most popular is that’s PRD which is a free monthly publication that provides many business listings including medical, museums, restaurants, schools and events happening around town.
